✦ YOU ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING ONLINE PURCHASES USING A VERIFIED ACCOUNT.
✦ YOU ARE THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE TRANSACTION METHOD AND ARE AUTHORIZED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.
✦ YOU WILL COMPLY WITH, AND BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“POLICY”).
✦ CHARGEBACKS AND NON-CONSENSUAL REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
✦ ANY VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN BEING BLACKLISTED AND MADE OTHERS PUBLICLY AWARE.WORKFLOW / REVISIONS
－ I will send the preview of the work for the beginning of each phase I have made for any feedback, changes, and/ or revisions needed via the chosen direct message platform.
－ I will update the status of your commission in the Trello queue provided (e.g., sketching stage, coloring stage, rendering stage, etc.)
－ During the sketching/color sketching phase, you will be able to edit anything you'd like with no additional fees up to 5 times. After the 5th edit, you will be charged an additional fee.
－ Exception is ONLY available in the “Character Splash Art” service, there will be no revision limit.
－ During the rendering phase,
－ Once completed, I will send you a low-quality preview of the final illustration before sending the files to your email after all payments have been made.CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
－I will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate. I do not accept works that reflect the following:
• Furries,
• Mechs,
• Explicit adult content,
• Underage characters,
• Excessive muscles,
• Gore,
• Copied styles,
• Gender identities or cultures that I may not be able to portray authentically.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
－ Depending on the complexity of the design, my work time would range from 4 to 10 weeks. This may take longer depending on factors such as health, availability, complexity, or personal issues. I will actively inform the client if there are any changes.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
✦ I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
－ Promote myself and serve as a work in my art portfolio.
－ To display or post the work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, and public broadcast channels (unless the client requests a Non-disclosure Agreement, there will be NDA fees.)✦ You, the client, are allowed to:
－ Use the artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless commercial payment was made at the beginning of the work.
－ Personal use including but not limited to using commissioned pieces as gifts, digital wallpapers, thumbnails, roleplay, reposting without proper credits, etc. (Please discuss in detail for better understanding and agreement).
－ If a Commission is purchased without paying a Commercial fee but is later discovered to have been for a Commercial purpose, the Client will be blacklisted from commissioning me until the Commercial fee has been paid.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✦ My artwork will have no relation to NFTs.
✦ The use of AI is strictly prohibited. Under no circumstance should it be fed or used to train AI, or to be enhanced, edited, or revised by using such tools.
✦ You are not allowed to edit or trace my works without my consent.PAYMENTS
✦ I DO NOT accept virtual currency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, game currency) as payment.
✦ Payments should be made upfront after I have accepted your request.
－ Except for services over $200, payment plans are available.CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
✦ Full refund is ONLY available when:
－ No progress has been made on said commission.
－ External circumstances occur.
✦ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
－ Chargebacks and/or non-consensual refunds are not permitted and will result in being blacklisted and made others publicly aware.COMMUNICATION
